Price Change for Coupa e-Procurement Hosted Service

We’ve adjusted our prices for 2008 for Coupa e-Procurement On-Demand. Still 10% of the high-end competition, here they are:

  • Basic Edition - 10 users, Requisitions and PO’s - $3,495
  • Standard Edition - 25 users, Requisitions and PO’s, RFQ’s and Quotes, Receiving and Inventory - $6,495
  • Premier Edition - 100 users, Standard + Invoicing, our Integration Platform, and Quick Start - $15,495
  • Unlimited Edition - Same as Premier except 1000 users - $42,495

All prices are for a hosted annual subscription using our state of the art Amazon EC2/S3 hosted infrastructure, and include support, product updates, and maintenance. As a hosted system, you avoid the hassle of having to acquire and install a server, a bunch of software, and all the administration and management that that implies. And best of all, you can be up and running in as little as a week - there’s no big implementation project or army of expensive consultants. All you need is a web browser to get started.
